| SANDY & RICK CLARY, BROKER & AGENT | |

My 30 plus years of experience comes from
working in various areas of real estate, which include banking, real
estate abstract/title work, and legal assistant for Cannon and Simmons
law firm in Groesbeck, Texas for 20 years. In all these positions, I
obtained valuable experience and knowledge of the real estate industry.
I am married to Rick Clary and between the two of us, we have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. We are members of the Hilltop Lakes Chapel, lovers of the game of golf and I am an avid gardener. In June, 2004 Rick retired from a career in law enforcement and I left my job to move to the "Hill" to play golf and enjoy the good life. However, I soon discovered I was not quite ready to retire completely. I enrolled in real estate classes in July, 2004 and obtained my real estate license in January, 2005. I worked for Pioneer Real Estate at Hilltop Lakes until August, 2005, when I decided to venture out on my own. Thus, the creation of TEE TIME REALTY. We soon realized that one person could not handle the business alone. So, I talked Rick into coming out of retirement again. In short order, he set about getting his real estate license and now helps me with the business. We have now taken on another agent to assist with TEE TIME. Kristie Baer has joined our team and is a valuable asset. After I completed 2 years as a salesperson, I obtained my broker's license. This afforded us the opportunity to join the Bryan-College Station MLS, the National Association of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtors. Give us a call and let us assist you with all your real estate needs! |

My background in sales has prepared me for the real estate
industry. I served as the Director of Sales for a national hotel
chain in Houston until I left in order to become a "stay at home
Mom" for my three children.
My family is proof positive that younger couples raising children can be happy at Hilltop Lakes. Give me a call and let me tell you how wonderful it is raising children in the country!
